It’s annual performance review time here at COHN, where our peers and managers review our work from the last year. While drafting a review of a younger COHN employee, I found myself thinking, “I wish she were more confident because she’s so great!” That took me down a Google search rabbit hole that landed me at this YouTube video by The School of Life titled “How to Be Confident.” Enjoy.
