What We Watched This Week — September 2, 2016

Sit back, relax, and catch up on what we watched this week.

A Few Brews… Can Still Be Dangerous

Kudos to the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) for this meaningful “social experiment” video I saw on Facebook last week. To bring awareness to the idea that you are beyond the legal limit (.08) after only a few microbrews, CDOT created a fake brewery tour around Denver, where patrons were chauffeured around the city by actors hired by CDOT. At each stop, the “drivers” enjoyed a few beers (non-alcoholic) with the group, and the patrons didn’t seem to care that the drivers were getting buzzed with them. During the reveal, the Breathalyzer makes an appearance, and the patrons are stunned to learn how quickly your BAC rises with these h1 microbrews. Watch the video, and be careful out there!

Returning to Earth

After spending a year in space, there’s a lot of adjustments that need to be made. This video by TIME profiles Scott Kelly and Mikhail Kornienko as they get used to everyday life again.
