Clarks uses WhatsApp to narrate the story of the Clarks Desert Boot
Not sure if this is a first, but I’ve never seen someone try to do a WhatsApp campaign. My guess is this was a result of a attitudinal segmentation as the campaign is trying to get men to engage with fictional characters based upon their personalities, likes and aspirations, and then buy shoes because of it. Also a great use of integration, in addition to social media and texting, this also enhances the personalities of the characters with their taste in photos, music and videos.
