REcolorado, the largest Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in Colorado, recently launched its new Home Blog, which features helpful articles, tips, community information, and more. Even better, it features the advice and expertise of Colorado’s most experienced real estate agents. As someone who is looking to purchase a home, I was surprised to hear from local experts about where the next “hot” neighborhood is.

New Study Reveals Why Integrated Marketing Analytics Are Critical to Success
“Only 26% of marketers surveyed believed that their marketing analytics tools are well-integrated and work seamlessly together. Learning this really surprised me. At COHN, we’re focused on watching and acting on data to optimize our clients accounts – so seeing that so many marketers out there don’t feel that their analytics tools are optimized the right way was concerning. Analytics drive user interaction, behavior, how we talk about our clients customers, and how we hold ourselves accountable. Properly set up and read analytics are a great benchmark for measuring success.
