Vita Flats, an Urban Villages community, was transitioning from a community for residents age 55 and older to a multifamily project for people of all ages. As such, Vita Flats needed help developing leasing materials that resonate with both its current 55 older residents as well as a new, younger demographic.


Full brand strategy to evoke the essence of “retro”

COHN took Vita Flats through a full brand strategy process and the new creative campaign was able to seamlessly combine throwback retro details with hipster flairs in a fun and colorful way that hits home with audiences of all types.


Vita Flats: A Place with Character and Comfort

COHN developed a re-energized look and feel for the new, more youthful community after performing a discovery exercise on the building and the larger community. With updated brand messaging, look and feel, COHN built on the brand momentum to relaunch the client’s website to better reflect the new branding. Today, the Vita Flats story is one that appeals to all audiences, and the client couldn’t be happier.
