Connectivity is the star at The Aurora Highlands
As a 3,100+ acre master-planned community located within the Denver metro area’s Aerotropolis, The Aurora Highlands is the most significant real estate project to hit the Front Range in decades. But marketing a project like The Aurora Highlands before it even breaks ground requires a long-term vision, a strategically phased approach, magnetic visual storytelling, and high-touch initiatives to reach both business and consumer audiences.
COHN worked with the developer to concept a long-term marketing vision that emphasized the unique connectivity of The Aurora Highlands. We developed campaign concepts, TV commercials, a mobile app for brokers, a website, and a full suite of marketing materials—as well as hosted several events throughout the year—to tell The Aurora Highlands story.
