COHN recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the Denver metro area
We are extremely proud to announce that COHN was named one of the Denver Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” for the second time in three years! Coming in at No. 2 overall in the medium-sized category, COHN improved its ranking by three spots from the 2017 recognition.
This past month, COHN employees were invited to the Denver Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” 2019 Celebration, where the publication revealed their rankings across the Denver metro area.
This annual award is given to companies who provide “the top workplace environment” for their teams. It is measured through an anonymous Quantum Workplace engagement survey, where it asks employees questions ranging from team effectiveness to compensation to trust in senior leaders.
“Nothing means more than creating a happy place for people to do what they love to do,” said founder and CEO Jeff Cohn. “Our team is what makes it happen every day, and they are a direct reflection of COHN’s deeply rooted core values.”
From our flexible paid time off options to company organizations such as “Culture Club,” it’s not a surprise to be recognized for an environment where the workplace, benefits, and policies are the best. Pushing new boundaries, we recently created our first Health and Wellness program COHN Strong that encourages employees to have fun, be healthy and challenge themselves through set goals in four main health categories.
This recognition is a testament to the work that is being done at COHN and why we continue to grow as a team and maintain our talent years over. In 2017, COHN was also awarded one of the “Best Places to Work,” coming in at No. 5 in the medium-sized category.
