Congratulations to COHN client (and industry darling) Phillips Edison & Company, who last week won GOLD and 2 SILVERS at the ICSC U.S. MAXI Awards Ceremony!
The MAXI Awards honor the best of the best in retail real estate marketing, and awards are presented during the most important conference of the year, RECon. In other words, it’s a great time to shine, and Phillips Edison shimmered and sparkled—like gold and silver.
In the category of “Traditional Marketing: Business to Business,” Phillips Edison won GOLD for the Grocery Focused. Retailer Centered. The campaign used grocery-themed images and slogans to position themselves as the nation’s most experienced owner of grocery-anchored shopping centers. You can read more about Grocery Focused. In “Traditional Marketing: Business to Business,” Phillips Edison won SILVER for its multifaceted college intern program included the creation of the PECOI brand, a recruitment web page, a social media campaign, and a video highlighting interns’ experience.
In “Digital/Social,” Phillips Edison won SILVER for its creative social media strategy invited RECon attendees to like, tag, or tweet using the hashtag #REConRefresh to receive a pair of flip-flops for their conference-weary feet.
These campaigns were absolutely deserving of the MAXI recognition. Congratulations again to Phillips Edison—we’re so happy to see you shine in front of the best and brightest!
