Case Study
- In 2005, Developers Diversified Realty purchased 15 retail centers and malls in Puerto Rico. In 2006, the company launched a single gift card program that could be used at all 15 properties across Puerto Rico. Cohn Marketing proposed that Developers Diversified Realty bring all centers together under a single brand, ISLA. Creative was developed that would position the ISLA brand as the gift of choice, and the most thoughtful of gifts.

The Results
- The ISLA launch helped generate buzz on the island that educated consumers about the gift card. It included one-on-one media interviews, resulting in coverage in every major publication and broadcast outlet on the island.
