CLIENT CHALLENGE:
Unify 15 disparate DDR shopping Centers in Puerto Rico as a single marketing unit—and increase gift card sales across all the properties.

COHN SOLUTION:
Centros Isla, a brand initiative launched in 2007 and refreshed in 2010 to reach a younger, more affluent market. Collecting the centers into a single brand maximizes budget values.

RESULTS:
