Unify 15 disparate DDR shopping Centers in Puerto Rico as a single marketing unit—and increase gift card sales across all the properties.

Centros Isla, a brand initiative launched in 2007 and refreshed in 2010 to reach a younger, more affluent market. Collecting the centers into a single brand maximizes budget values.
RESULTS:
Increased visibility and brand awareness; Annual gift card sales have grown from under $100,000 in 2007 to almost $2 million today. Winner of the ReBrand Global 100 award and multiple MAXI Awards.
