CLIENT CHALLENGE:
Lend Lease, an Australian-based sustainable community developer, needed a brand presence for its new U.S. headquarters. COHN has been its agency partner for corporate Lend Lease Communities as well as its initial project, Horizon Uptown.

Relying on Lend Lease Corporation brand style guidelines and in keeping with strategic brand positioning, COHN created the brand and overall creative identity for Lend Lease Communities’ marketing and communication materials to ensure consistency across all media.

Tremendous credibility was established for Lend Lease Communities out of the gate, which facilitated new strategic partnership deals and enhanced community relations within the communities where they are developing projects
