CentrosIsla.com was developed as part of the integrated marketing campaign to unify the Isla Shopping Centers and make the Isla Gift Card the gift of choice for Puerto Ricans. The website carries the unified brand, as visitors will go to ONE place to find information about the 15 Isla Centers. The site supports customer relations by serving as a one-stop information resource, is a vehicle to communicate events, fashions trends and promotions, allows for list development for direct marketing and research purposes, and enhances Isla Gift Card sales by providing a way to purchase the Isla Gift Card. The website is in Spanish and the design takes into account the users cultural nuances.
