Denver-based Lend Lease Communities is part of the Australian real estate giant. They tapped Cohn Marketing’s PR and creative services to create high-profile visibility for the new U.S. community development division. Most recently, Cohn Marketing supported Lend Lease Communities development of its new U.S. headquarters offices in downtown Denver.
The offices were developed with sustainable materials and green thinking. Cohn Marketing has created collateral and electronic materials that tell the story of the new offices. Of course, all printed materials are executed on recycled papers using soy-based inks and printed at a production plant that takes sustainability seriously in its own operations.
